New Minnie Macaron Ears Available at France Pavilion
The France Pavilion in Epcot has an exciting new souvenir for park-goers. Walt Disney World’s ever-popular Mickey ears have a new design: Minnie Macaron ears.
This new design can be found in the Souvenirs des France shop, which is one of the stops for park-goers located in Les Halles, the France Pavilion. The ears are available for $29.99. It is inspired by the popular macarons located in Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie, a hotspot in the France Pavilion.
Minnie Macaron Ears Design
The Minnie Macaron ear design features ears that look just like a macaron in a peach shade of pink. In the center of the ears are two small bows. Each of the bows have blue and white stripes and clear sequins. The centerpiece of the Minnie Macaron ears are a silver Eiffel Tower. A bit of a Disney flair is added to the Eiffel Tower: the top of the tower is replaced by Minnie Mouse’s signature bow. They even say Bon Appetit on the headband part of the ears! This new ear design is an adorable addition to the Souvenirs des France shop in the France Pavilion.
The France Pavilion’s Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie
The release of these new Minnie Macaron ears comes on the heels of Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie’s reopening a few weeks ago. When Epcot originally reopened following the shutdown due to the COVID-19, the popular bakery did not open along with it. However, it reopened a week later with new safety restrictions and social distancing markers. The Boulangerie-Patisserie at the French Pavilion remain popular, even with the restrictions in place throughout the park. This popularity, particularly of the macarons, served as inspiration for the new design.
There is a limited stock of this new design, so park-goers who would like this stylish new pair of Minnie Macaron ears should get them as soon as they can!
